1. Seller identity
The website coa-apparel.com is operated by Benoit G, a sole trader trading as COA APPAREL, SIREN 909 891 244, based in Marseille, France.

2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern distance sales of COA APPAREL products to consumers through the site.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.
3. Products
COA APPAREL mainly sells made-to-order clothing.
Essential characteristics, composition, sizes, colours and prices are shown on each product page.
Slight colour variations may result from screen displays or the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity.
Customers are invited to consult the size guide before ordering.
4. Orders
The customer selects products, checks the basket, enters the required information, then confirms the order and payment.
The order becomes final after payment confirmation and the confirmation email, subject to the product being technically available and there being no manifest pricing error.
COA APPAREL may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, payment problems, manifestly incorrect information or inability to manufacture the product.
Any sum collected for an order cancelled by COA APPAREL is refunded.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency offered for the selected market. The total, including any shipping charges, is shown before payment is confirmed.
COA APPAREL benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
If the business's tax situation changes, price displays will be updated in accordance with applicable regulations.
Payment is due when ordering, using one of the methods offered at checkout.
6. Production and delivery
Products are made to order after the order has been confirmed.
Destinations, charges and indicative delivery times are detailed in the Shipping Policy.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days from receipt of the order to notify their decision to withdraw, then fourteen days to return the items.
The applicable procedures, conditions and costs are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Making a standard product from the collection to order does not remove this right.
An exception may apply, in particular, to a product made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised at their request.
8. Statutory guarantees
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code for two years from delivery of the goods, and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

9. Liability
COA APPAREL is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations as provided by law.
Its liability cannot be excluded or limited where a mandatory legal provision prohibits it.
However, it cannot be held liable for non-performance resulting from the customer's actions, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party, or force majeure.
10. Intellectual property
The trademarks, designs, illustrations, text, photographs and visuals associated with the products and site remain protected by intellectual property rights.
Purchasing them does not transfer those rights.
11. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the site's Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of more protective mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence.
In the event of a problem, customers are invited to contact COA APPAREL to seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, jurisdiction is determined in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
13. Changes
The applicable terms are those accepted when the order was placed.
COA APPAREL may amend these terms for future orders.
