Shipping policy

1. Made-to-order production

COA APPAREL items are made to order after the order is confirmed. This approach avoids producing unnecessary stock.

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, a tracking link is sent by email when available.

2. Delivery times

In France, estimated delivery is 8–11 days from order to receipt, including production, preparation and shipping. Delivery times vary for other European Union countries.

This is an estimate and may exceptionally be extended during busy periods, due to transport incidents, customs checks or events beyond our control.

3. Delivery destinations and rates

Standard shipping on T-shirts is free in France, with no minimum order.

Shipping to other European Union countries costs €5 per order, regardless of the number of T-shirts. There is no free-shipping threshold.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery coverage

We currently deliver only within the European Union. Shipping to the United Kingdom and Switzerland is not available at this time.

5. Separate parcels

An order may exceptionally be shipped in several parcels.

In this case, several tracking links may be provided, without any additional charge beyond the amount confirmed when ordering.

6. Address and tracking

The customer must check that the address and contact details provided are correct.

If there is an error, contact hello@coa-apparel.com immediately. Changes are no longer guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

7. Delivery problems

For an unusual delay, a parcel marked as delivered but not received, or a damaged parcel, contact hello@coa-apparel.com and include your order number.
