Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receiving your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, email hello@coa-apparel.com with your name, order number and the items concerned.

We will send you return instructions. You then have fourteen days to send the items back.

2. Return conditions

Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold: not worn beyond trying them on, unwashed, clean, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging.

You are liable only for handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and size of the product.

3. Made-to-order products

Making a standard item from the COA APPAREL collection to order does not remove the right of withdrawal.

However, this right may not apply to a product made to the customer's personal specifications or clearly personalised at their request.

4. Return costs

The customer pays return costs for a change of mind or a sizing error.

COA APPAREL pays return costs for a defective or damaged item, or one that does not match the order.

5. Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the sums paid for the returned items and, where applicable, the delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered.

Extra charges resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

The refund is made no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision.

However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and without additional fees.

6. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If your order has a defect, damage or an error, contact hello@coa-apparel.com upon receipt, providing your order number and photographs showing the problem.

This request does not affect your rights under statutory guarantees.

7. Return address

Do not return an item directly to the production facility.

We will provide the appropriate address and instructions after you contact hello@coa-apparel.com.
